I will need a VISUAL Reference sheet of your character and anything you want to be drawn onto them. If you fail to provide a visual reference of your character, you will not receive a commission!
I do not do commissions off of AI generated characters/art.Turn around time varies with each piece and an estimate can be provided once the basic idea is discussed with the commissioner.However, you will never wait longer than 4 months to receive a commission. That is the max turn around time.Prices will vary depending on character complexity.

NONE of my work will be used for NFTS. Your commission(s) are for personal use only.NONE of my works will be used for ANYTHING A.I. (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE) related.
You will always credit me for the piece.I reserve the right to post, stream and share commissions to my social media(s).I can decline a commission for any reason.

DO NOT EVER DELETE THE ORIGINAL LISTING OF MY DESIGNS/ADOPTS.
I use this feature to keep track of my designs for the buyers and myself. Failure to comply will result in being black listed. (this mostly applies to Toyhouse)Do not sell my designs for more than you purchased unless there is extra art to add to value.Do not remove any credits.Owner of the design can alter however they see fit.

Major design changes are not allowed, my YCHs are unchangeable and come as is unless specifically stated otherwise.You are NOT allowed to alter the artwork in any way, shape, or form. Typically - sex changes are allowed and cost an extra $30+ depending on the complexity and intensity of the already provided anatomy.Do not remove any credits.

✦ Payment and Refunds ✦

Payments will be made through PayPal Invoice and fees may be adjusted/added to price accordingly if content, design, or character is complex and the art piece will take longer.Payment plans must have a 50% deposit ready. Completion of design/art piece will not be done or transferred until 100% of payment is completed.I will start the commission once I receive payment.Refunds will be fulfilled in the following order:- Full refund If I have not started your piece.
- Partial Refund If I have already begun.
- No refunds if I have completed the piece.This is nonnegotiable, please do not try.
